Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as email services), and they are obligated to keep your information confidential. This excludes your mobile number and text messaging consent, which are never shared for marketing — see Text Messaging (SMS) below.
Text Messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
When you give us your mobile number, we collect and store:
- Your mobile number
- Whether you opted in, when, and where (for example, our quote form)
- The texts sent between you and us, and delivery status from the carrier
- Any opt-out request and the date we processed it
We use this only to reply about your quote, confirm and update your appointments, send on-my-way alerts, follow up after a visit, and — if you asked for them — send occasional offers. Outside our company, your number reaches only the messaging provider that delivers the texts and the vendors that host our systems. They work on our behalf, and none of them may use your number for their own marketing.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us, or by calling or emailing us with the contact details below. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
We keep your message history and the record of your opt-in for as long as you are a customer and for four years afterward, so we can show when and how you agreed to be texted. If you opt out, we keep a record of that opt-out indefinitely — that is the only way to be sure we never text a number that asked us to stop. You can ask us to delete your number at any time using the contact details below.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
